Information we process
When you purchase placement, OutbidTools processes the submitted destination, normalized domain or X handle, bid amount, order status and identifiers returned by Stripe. Stripe processes payment and billing details under its own privacy policy.
When visitors follow leaderboard links, OutbidTools records the redirect needed to increment a public click count. Server and infrastructure providers may also process standard request information such as timestamps, IP addresses, user agents and security signals.
How information is used
- To operate paid rankings and confirm completed payments
- To prevent duplicate webhook processing, fraud and abuse
- To provide support and investigate disputes
- To maintain aggregate market and click statistics
Public information
Submitted website URLs, X handles, bid amounts, rank and aggregate click totals are public. Do not submit information you are not authorized to publish.
Retention and requests
Transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling. To request a correction or deletion where applicable, contact support@outbidtools.lol.
