Information we process
When you submit a free listing, OutbidTools processes the destination, normalized domain or X handle, original join time, public rank and click count. No card or payment information is requested by the current submission flow.
Historical records from the earlier paid pilot may include bid amounts, order status and identifiers returned by Stripe. Stripe processed payment and billing details under its own privacy policy.
When visitors follow leaderboard links, OutbidTools records the redirect needed to increment a public click count. Server and infrastructure providers may also process standard request information such as timestamps, IP addresses, user agents and security signals.
OutbidTools uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate page activity and the approximate number of current visitors. Microsoft Clarity helps identify usability problems through interaction analytics and session diagnostics.

Public information
Submitted website URLs, X handles, rank and aggregate click totals are public. The homepage may show an activity index derived from recent aggregate visitor activity.
Retention and requests
Historical transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and dispute handling. To request a correction or deletion where applicable, contact support@outbidtools.lol.
